2. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sale of handcrafted products (pouches, bags, zero-waste accessories) offered by Trousses en Pagaille on the trousses-en-pagaille.myshopify.com website.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (EUR), all taxes included (TTC). Delivery costs are indicated before the order is validated. Trousses en Pagaille reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the prices in force at the time of order validation.
4. Orders
Any order implies acceptance of these GTCS. The sale will only be considered final after an order confirmation email has been sent and payment has been received.
5. Payment
Payment is made securely online by credit card or any other payment method offered on the site. The card is debited at the time of order validation.
6. Delivery
Products are shipped to the address indicated during the order. Delivery times are given for information purposes only. Trousses en Pagaille undertakes to make its best efforts to meet these deadlines.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by email. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are at your expense. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method as that used when ordering.
8. Legal guarantees
Legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code):
You benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years from the delivery of the goods. During this period, you can request the repair or replacement of the product.
Guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code):
You can also claim the guarantee against hidden defects of the sold item.
9. Personalized products
Personalized products made to your order cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
10. Intellectual Property
All elements of the site (texts, photos, logos, creations) are the exclusive property of Trousses en Pagaille and are protected by copyright. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.
11. Protection of personal data
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the GDPR. For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.
12. Mediation and disputes
In the event of a dispute, you can use a consumer mediator free of charge. In accordance with article L612-1 of the Consumer Code, we provide you with the contact details of the competent mediator.
In the absence of an amicable resolution, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
